Currently residing at Abel Township and serving as the guy that gets shit done. Or, well, the guy that helps the runners get shit done. He's perfectly aware that he's nice and comfy in his little tower, but hey, he makes himself useful, doesn't he? Sam is your go-to guy for all things communication...y. His MO is simple: Bring the runners home with whatever information or supplies the township needs. Extremely cheerful despite the situation; if you're running for him you're bound to hear a terrible joke or two. And he's not sorry about it.
